States of Conciousness

There are three main states of conciousness within the average human being in this world. Probably, nonetheless, there exists more out there but I'll just simply describe what I can realize in this limited body of mine.

Sleepers are composed of the most human beings in this world.

They are simple minded beings who aren't quite far from being animals with a little more intelect than a dolphin or a crow. Please note they are in a blissful existence and they surely won't like to overthink anything. You probably know quite a lot of this tier: They are practically everywhere in the Earth and specially in the west side of the globe.

As you may realize, the name "sleeper" comes from the metaphore employed for depict them as "Non even realizers of the existence of the true reality". They think this world is the only world and therefore, their efforts are born here and shall die here.

Halfsleepers are composed from a minimal number of humans. Roughly, they would be 1-2% of the global population. Maybe, they're less nowadays.

They are a different kind (maybe race of) people. You can tell they have -something- lying within themselves, but as soon as a ethereal distraction appears you lose your interest on them. They tend to have minimal to non high-profile activities in the society and tend to be on the liberal arts, sociology, philosophy, anthropology and those sciences related mostly on the human condition.

They're called "halfsleepers" because while they're as asleep as the "sleepers" they do realize something crucial in this journey called life: Reality, as we know it, is a mere dream in which we are trapped. We do know there is another world out there and some of us may have had some glimpses of it, yet we cannot fully enter that brave new realm.

The awake ones are less than the 0.0000001% of the population. Quite hard to actually come across one of them.

Few is known about them yet the fact they have seen the Truth and they need no more to crawl like a fool blind folded in this world. They trascend to another states of reality (and maybe conciousness too) but we can't be sure for we are mere mortals compared to them: No physical embodiment shall arise in their path for whatever they desire to achieve... Something, perhaps, beyond the edges of good and evil.

Awakes they're called for their fully realizing state of what is the real reality. They do not live in a dream anymore and they do not need to sleep neither. Their affairs are far beyond of a [half]sleeper's capacity.
